Fire doors you can rely on
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Responsible Person for a non-domestic building must make sure fire doors and frames are correctly installed and properly maintained, so they can stop the spread of fire and smoke.
Why inspections matter
A fire door's performance also depends on its hardware: hinges, door closers, handles, locks and seals. Over time, doors can become damaged, modified or poorly maintained, which may stop them giving the level of protection they need to.
For building owners, facilities managers and responsible persons, it can be hard to tell whether existing fire doors meet current regulations, especially in older buildings where doors may have been altered since they were fitted.

Our inspection
Our qualified fire door inspectors carry out thorough inspections of your fire doors, frames and hardware. We check that every component meets the relevant fire safety standards and will perform effectively in a fire.

Your report
After the inspection you'll receive a detailed fire door inspection report setting out:
It gives you peace of mind that your building's fire doors meet UK fire safety requirements and help protect occupants and property.
- Which fire doors are compliant
- Any defects or maintenance issues
- Recommended corrective actions to ensure compliance
